About
Lipscomb Development is an industry leader for bringing some of the Triangle’s most prestigious development projects to life. Our focus is on both residential and commercial projects.
Not every developer has roots in the community and knows firsthand about your needs and future growth trends. As a sister company of Hometowne Realty, Lipscomb Development works closely with Triangle residents, businesses, and officials to responsibly develop land.
From our office in Clayton, we have managed more than $350 million in development over our 30 years. It's been hard work, but we are proud of our track record and reputation for delivering quality homes and commercial amenities.
While we have played a large role in ushering in Johnston County’s growth, we also serve communities across North Carolina. Contact us today to talk about your project!
